Get fit without gym
Get moving about 30 min a day - a few days a week!
Is it possible? Yes, it is!
My weekly routine to maintaining my fitness level is:
4-5 days a week I do exercise PLANK.
3-4 days a week I do JOGGING.
Once a week I do another exercises:
glute lifting firming & rounding,
Those workouts are for all fitness levels.
In the next fitness posts I will talk more about every exercise I do, I will write more specifically about everyone.
And what happen if I can not do all workouts.
